A spin on the overzealous patriotism of the yellow ribbon magnet "support our troops" ribbons. Evidently the only patriotism that is acceptable is the blind support of an unjust invasion of another countries sovereignty for the purpose of liberating them of their oil. Thinly veiled as "support our troops". America has learned only 1 lesson from Vietnam, sadly it seems that lesson was dont spit on ppl who just came back from getting shot at. Not the lesson that no nation state has ever successfully unseated a deeply entrenched and financed insurgency. Not the:
No matter how many innocents and guilty you kill or bomb or torture or any of the other sad things that are going on will bring you and closer to "winning". Not the: Their are never enough checkpoints security zones, walls, economic repression, "bombing back to the stone age" etc... that can stop a determined enemy from killing your ppl (this one is courtesy of Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel, Russia, and far too many more to list.)
